abstract | FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: composition of mixture uses chromo-aluminophosphate as a binder. Mixture has a complex hardener ( wastes of galvanic process and triphylite } with following ratio of components, mass %: chromo-alumophosphate - (2.5 - 4.0); wastes of galvanic process - (0.3 - 0.9); triphylite - (0.7 - 1.5); refractory filler - (93.6 - 96.5). Presence of the complex hardener in the mixture with chromo-aluminophosphate as the binder provides two-staged hardening: at the first stage hardening of chromo-aluminophosphate takes place at room temperature, at the second stage hardening of chromo-aluminophosphate takes place at higher temperature. The procedure allows to increase raw solidity of mixture and to get high solid features of the mixture during final stage of hardening.
