abstract | 1. The selected antibody that binds to human interleukin 6 (IL6), including: (a) the variable region of the heavy chain (V), which contains the hypervariable region of the heavy chain 1 (HC CDR1) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, hypervariable region heavy chain 2 (HC CDR2) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, a hypervariable region of heavy chain 3 (HC CDR3) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6 or SEQ ID NO: 16; or (b) the variable region of the light chain (V), which contains the hypervariable region of light chain 1 (LC CDR1) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, the hypervariable region of light chain 2 (LC CDR2) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11, and a light chain hypervariable region 3 (LC CDR3) having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13 or SEQ ID NO: 15.2. The selected antibody according to claim 1, which contains (i) V, which contains HC CDR1 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, HC CDR2 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and HC CDR3 with the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6; or (ii) V which contains HC CDR1 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, HC CDR2 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, and HC CDR3 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 16.3. The isolated antibody according to claim 2, which contains V containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17 or SEQ ID NO: 18.4. The isolated antibody according to claim 2 or 3, which further comprises (i) V, which contains LC CDR1 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, LC CDR2 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11, and LC CDR3 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO : 13; or (ii) V, which contains LC CDR1 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, LC CDR2 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 11, and LC CDR3 having the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15.5. The isolated antibody according to claim 4, which contains V containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 19 or SEQ ID NO: 20.6.
