titleOfInvention METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STERILIZATION
abstract 1. A method of sterilizing an object in a vessel using a sterilizing agent, comprising the steps of: (A1) reducing the pressure in the vessel to a first pressure equal to or greater than the pressure of the triple point of water; (A2) maintaining the first pressure in the vessel; (A3) increasing the pressure in the vessel to a second pressure equal to or close to atmospheric pressure; (A4) reducing the pressure in the vessel to a third pressure substantially equal to or lower than the first pressure; and (A5) introducing the pressure sterilizing agent into the container. 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising the step (A6) of determining the presence of residual water in the tank after step (A2), wherein steps (A3), (A1), (A2) and (A6) are carried out in this order, if at step ( A6) it is determined that residual water is present, the stages (A4) and (A5) are carried out in this order, if it is determined at step (A6) that residual water is not present. 3. The method according to claim 2, wherein in step (A6), the presence of residual water is determined based on the actual time during which the pressure in the vessel is reduced to the first pressure. The method of claim 3, wherein step (A6) includes comparing the reference time stored in the storage device and the actual time, and if the actual time is equal to or less than the reference time, it is determined that no residual water is present. A method of sterilizing an object in a container using a sterilizing agent, comprising the steps of: (B1) reducing the pressure in the vessel to a first pressure equal to or greater than the pressure of the triple point of water; (B2) preventing the operation of increasing or decreasing the pressure for a certain period of time after how the pressure in the vessel was reduced to the first pressure; (B3) increasing the pressure in
