titleOfInvention | KIT, ITS APPLICATION AND METHOD FOR COMPLETING SKIN CONNECTIVE TISSUE |
abstract | 1. A kit for use in a therapeutic method for intradermal replenishment of a collagen framework in a connective tissue of a patient’s skin, comprising at least one reservoir containing a collagen solution, at least one reservoir containing a neutralizing buffer solution, and a syringe suitable for intradermal injection of a collagen solution and buffer solution, and the syringe needle has an outer diameter of from 0.3 to 0.4 mm. 2. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the syringe has at least two separate reservoirs made in the form of chambers, which are in fluid communication with a mixing device and a syringe needle placed in the syringe, wherein at least one first chamber is filled with a collagen solution, and at least at least one second chamber separate from it is filled with a neutralizing buffer solution. 3. The kit according to claim 2, wherein the mixing device is a static mixer. Set according to one of paragraphs. 1-3, and the pH of the collagen solution (in relation to a temperature of 21 ° C) is 6 or less. 5. Set according to one of paragraphs. 1-3, wherein the collagen solution was obtained by acid extraction without using enzymatic activity from collagen-containing tissue, in particular, from rat tails. 6. The kit according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the collagen solution, the liquid gelling collagen composition, or both of them, are cell-free. A syringe for use in a therapeutic method for intradermal replenishment of a collagen skeleton in the connective tissue of a patient’s skin, comprising at least two separate reservoirs made in the form of chambers that are in fluid communication with the syringe |
