The long-acting liquid insulin conjugate composition of claim 1, wherein the buffer is a citrate buffer, acetate buffer or phosphate buffer. The long-acting liquid insulin conjugate composition of claim 1, wherein the insulin has the same amino acid sequence as native insulin. The liquid composition of the long acting insulin conjugate of claim 1, wherein the insulin is a derivative of insulin derived from native insulin by amino acid substitution, deletion or insertion, or a peptide analogue exhibiting activity similar to native insulin. The liquid composition of the long acting insulin conjugate of claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region is an Fc region derived from IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE or IgM. The liquid composition of the long-acting insulin conjugate according to claim 5, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region is a hybrid of domains from various sources derived from immunoglobulins selected from the group consisting of IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE and IgM.
