FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: polyamines from venum of spider, Agilenopsis aperta, are separated by elution from the column C-18 (22 mm ยท 250 mm, pore size is 300 , particle size is 10 microns) at the rate of solvent 15 ml/min. The following solvent system is used: acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous trifluoroacetic acid. EFFECT: improved method of polyamines preparing. |
