titleOfInvention SALT 1- (2-DEOXY-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-d-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine
abstract 1. A pharmaceutically acceptable salt of 1- (2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-D-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine. 2. The salt of claim 1, which is an inorganic acid salt or sulfonate. 3. The salt of claim 2, wherein the inorganic acid salt is hydrochloride, hydrobromide, iodohydrate, nitrate, phosphate or sulfate; and the sulfonate is methanesulfonate, benzenesulfonate, p-toluenesulfonate, mesitylenesulfonate or naphthalenesulfonate. 4. The salt of claim 2, wherein the inorganic acid salt is hydrochloride, iodohydrate, nitrate, or sulfate; and the sulfonate is methanesulfonate. 5. The salt of claim 2, wherein the inorganic acid salt is hydrochloride; and the sulfonate is methanesulfonate. 6. A 1- (2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-D-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine methanesulfonate crystal showing characteristic peaks at diffraction angles (2θ) of 19.8, 21.8, 27.5, 28.4 and 29.9 degrees for x-ray powder diffractometry, or a crystal of 1- (2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-D-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine hydrochloride, showing characteristic peaks at diffraction angles (2θ) 9,2, 14, 7, 15.7, 22.9 and 27.3 degrees with x-ray powder diffractometry. 7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a salt according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5 or crystal according to claim 6.8. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 7, intended for use in the treatment of a tumor. The method of producing salt according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, which includes the step of converting 1- (2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-β-D-arabinofuranosyl) cytosine into its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
