titleOfInvention METHOD FOR ALKYLING ALKYLBENZENES
abstract 1. The method of alkylation of alkylbenzenes, which includes the following stages: a) feeding alkylbenzene having the formula (I) and a first stream of an alkylating agent into the first reaction zone, where they are in contact with catalyst A to obtain a reaction stream I, at least one the alkylating agent is selected from the group consisting of methanol, formaldehyde and dimethoxymethane, where R may be the same or different, each independently selected from the group consisting of linear or branched alkyls, preferably methyl, n AET substituents R and is an integer 0, 1 or 2, preferably 0; b) feeding the reaction stream I and a second stream of the alkylating agent to the at least one second reaction zone where they are contacted with catalyst B to give a reaction stream II; iv) feeding the reaction stream II to at least one third of the reaction zone, where it is in contact with catalyst C to obtain a reaction stream III containing an alkylation product. 2. The alkylation method according to claim 1, wherein the reaction temperature in the first reaction zone is 320-400ºC, preferably 380-400ºC, the hourly average feed rate (WHSV) is 2-4 hours, the pressure during the reaction is 0-0.5 MPa (pressure by pressure gauge); in the second reaction zone, the reaction temperature is 380-400ºC, preferably 395-415ºC, the hourly average feed rate (WHSV) is 2-4 hours, the pressure during the reaction is 0-0.5 MPa (pressure gauge); in the third reaction zone, the reaction temperature is 400-450ºC, preferably 400-420ºC, the hourly average feed rate (WHSV) is 2-4 hours, the pressure during the reaction is 0-0.5 MPa (pressure gauge); the molar ratio of alkylbenzene to the first stream of al
