abstract | 1. A nucleic acid sequence containing or encoding: a) a coding region encoding at least one peptide or protein; b) at least one histone stem-loop structure, c) a poly (A) sequence or polyadenylation signal; where said peptide or protein contains a therapeutic protein or a fragment, variant or derivative thereof selected from: (i) therapeutic proteins used to treat metabolic or endocrine disorders; (ii) therapeutic proteins used to treat blood disorders, abnormalities of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system diseases, cancer or tumor diseases, infectious diseases or immunodeficiencies; (iii) therapeutic proteins used for hormone replacement therapy; (iv) therapeutic proteins used to reprogram somatic cells into pluri- or omnipotent stem cells; (v) therapeutic proteins selected from adjuvant or immunostimulatory proteins; and (vi) antibodies. 2. The nucleic acid sequence of claim 1, wherein the at least one histone stem loop loop is heterologous with respect to a coding region encoding at least one peptide or protein, where the coding region should preferably not encode a histone protein or fragment thereof , a derivative or variant performing the function of a histone or histone-like function. 3. The nucleic acid sequence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the peptide or protein encoded by the coding region contains a therapeutic protein or fragment thereof, a variant or derivative, where a fragment, variant or derivative of a therapeutic protein stores m |
