titleOfInvention FIBRIN SOFT MATRIX WITH WEIGHTED THERMOACTIVATED ADHESIVE GRANULES
abstract 1. A surgical instrument containing: (a) a part of the handle; (b) a shaft in which the trigger rod is located; (c) an end effector containing a stop, a lower jaw and a suturing and dissecting assembly responsive to the longitudinal closing movement that is formed by the handles and stem; and (d) a cassette, wherein the lower jaw is configured to receive the cassette when the end effector is in an open position, the cassette comprises: (i) a body, (ii) a plurality of staples disposed in the body, (iii) a panel placed on top of the plurality staples, holes are formed in the panel, and each hole is substantially positioned over each staple, and (iv) a matrix including glue beads suspended in the matrix. The tool according to claim. 1, in which each granule of adhesive from the granules of glue suspended in the matrix contains an adhesive and a shell, and the shell of each granule of adhesive contains a solid material, and the adhesive is located in a hard shell. The instrument of claim 1, wherein the suspended glue beads are lyophilized. 4. The tool according to claim 1, wherein the glue granules comprise an adhesive selected from the group consisting of: a polymerizing monomer, a polymerizing monomer of 1,1-disubstituted ethylene and cyanoacrylate. The instrument of claim 1, wherein the matrix comprises a biocompatible material. The instrument of claim 1, wherein the matrix comprises one of fibrin or thrombin. The tool of claim 1, wherein each glue bead is substantially located over each opening of the panel. The tool according to claim 1, in which the matrix comprises a cassette part, a stop part and an intermediate part located between them, and the stop part includes a flap,
