titleOfInvention BINDABLE COMPOSITION ARE ABLE TO STAPLE ON MICHAEL JOINING REACTION (RMA)
abstract 1. A crosslinkable composition comprising: a. component A with at least 2 acidic CH protons in activated methylene or methane groups (RMA donor group), and b. component B with at least 2 activated unsaturated groups (RMA acceptor group), c. a catalytic system C containing or capable of producing a basic catalyst capable of activating an RMA reaction between components A and B, characterized in that the crosslinkable composition further comprises an X-H group component D, which also acts as a donor in the Michael addition reaction, capable of entering into reaction with component B under the influence of catalyst C, where X represents N, P, O, S, or where X represents C as part of an acid methyl group (CH). 2. A crosslinkable composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the RMA acceptor groups in component B are acryloyl groups. A crosslinkable composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the RMA donor groups in component A originate mainly from malonate groups, with preferably more than 50% of components A being malonate groups. A crosslinkable composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the X-H group of component D is characterized by a pKa value (determined in an aqueous medium) of at least one, preferably two, less than the corresponding value for the predominant CH groups in component A. 5. A crosslinkable composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the pKa of the X-H group in component D is below 13, preferably below 12, more preferably below 11, most preferably below 10; it is preferably higher than 7, more preferably 8.6.
