1. Superhydrophobic surface, including a base treated with a composition containing: - a hydrophobic component, - nanostructured particles; and - water. 2. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the hydrophobic component is selected from the group consisting of fluorinated polymers, perforated polymers, and mixtures thereof. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the nanostructured particles are selected from the group consisting of highly dispersed silicon oxide, hydrophobic titanium oxide, zinc oxide, nanoclay, and mixtures of these substances. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the amount of the hydrophobic component and nanostructured particles is from about 1.0% to about 3.0% of the mass. on the mass of the dispersion. 5. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the amount of the hydrophobic component to the amount of nanostructured particles is from about 1: 1 to about 4: 1.6. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the amount of water is from about 95% to about 99% by weight of the composition. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, further comprising a surfactant in an amount from about 0% to about 3% of the mass. from the mass of the composition. 8. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 7, wherein the surfactants are selected from nonionic, cationic, or anionic surfactants. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 1, wherein the hydrophobic component is a water-dispersible hydrophobic polymer. The superhydrophobic surface of claim 9, wherein the water-dispersible hydrophobic |
