titleOfInvention METHOD FOR OBTAINING IMPLANT COATING AND THE RELATED IMPLANT
abstract 1. A medical implant having, at least on part of its surface, a coating having an osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive coating layer based on calcium phosphate and/or calcium carbonate, characterized in that the active antibiotic ingredient, which is soluble in an aqueous medium, covers the osteoinductive and/or an osteoconductive cover layer with spaces between them left free on the osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive cover layer. Medical implant according to claim 1, characterized in that the osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive calcium phosphate-based coating layer contains hydroxylapatite. Medical implant according to claim 1, characterized in that the active antibiotic ingredient contains at least one antibiotic selected from the group consisting of: - antibiotics of the aminoglycoside group, preferably gentamicin and amikacin; - antibiotics of the lincosamide group, preferably clindamycin, lincomycin; - cephalosporin antibiotics, preferably cefuroxime and cefoperazone; fluoroquinolone antibiotics, preferably oflokacin; glycopeptide antibiotics, preferably vancomycin; beta-lactam antibiotics, preferably ampicillin, or salts thereof. Medical implant according to claim 3, characterized in that the antibiotic or its salts are attached directly or through a substrate, preferably a polymeric layer former, to the osteoinductive and/or osteoconductive layer. Medical implant according to claim 3, characterized in that the antibiotic salts are gentamicin salts of palmitic acid, lauric acid
