abstract | 1. A method of preparing a rubber composition comprising at least one rubber component (A) selected from natural rubbers and diene synthetic rubbers, a filler containing an inorganic filler (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and a vulcanization accelerator (D) wherein: the rubber mixture is mixed in several stages, the rubber component (A), all or part of the inorganic filler (B), all or part of the silane coupling agent (C) and the vulcanization accelerator (D) are added and mixed in the first mixing stage, and specific the mixing energy in the first stage is 0.05–1.50 kWh / kg, and the specific energy is determined by dividing the power consumed by the engine of the mixing device in the first mixing stage by the total mass of the rubber mixture. 2. A method of preparing a rubber composition according to claim 1, wherein the rotation speed of the blades of the mixing device in the first stage is 25-100 rpm. The method for preparing the rubber composition according to claim 1, wherein the mixing time in the first stage is from 30 s to 30 minutes.
