abstract | 1. Developed enzyme composition containing: a) a polypeptide having β-xylosidase activity, selected from β-xylosidase group 1; and b) a polypeptide having β-xylosidase activity selected from group 2 β-xylosidases; and c) a polypeptide having L-a-arabinofuranosidase activity; and d) a polypeptide having β-glucosidase activity or total cellulase enriched with a polypeptide having β-glucosidase activity, where the enzyme composition is capable of hydrolyzing lignocellulosic material based on biomass. 2. The developed enzyme composition according to claim 1, additionally containing a polypeptide having xylanase activity. The enzyme composition according to claim 1, further comprising a polypeptide having GH61 / endoglucanase activity, or total cellulase enriched in a polypeptide having GH61 / endoglucanase activity. The developed enzyme composition according to claim 2, wherein the xylanase-active polypeptide is selected from a polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence that is characterized by at least 70% identity with SEQ ID NO: 24, 26, 42 or 43, or with its mature sequence; or a polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide characterized by at least 70% identity with SEQ ID NO: 23, 25 or 41, or a polynucleotide that is capable of hybridization under particularly stringent conditions with SEQ ID NO: 23, 25 or 41, or with a sequence complementary to it .5.
