abstract | 1. Renewable heating oil composition obtained by thermochemical conversion of cellulosic biomass, in which the specified renewable heating oil composition contains hydrocarbons consisting of: (a) an oxygenated component present in such an amount that the renewable heating oil composition has an oxygen content of 6% wt. up to 20% by weight, and (b) an oxygen-deficient component having an aromatics content of greater than about 40% by weight, wherein said renewable heating oil composition has a heating value of 14,000 btu/lb (3,360 kJ/N) up to about 18000 btu/lb (4320 kJ/N).2. The renewable heating oil composition of claim 1, wherein said oxygenated component is present in such an amount that said oxygen content of said renewable heating oil composition is from about 7 to about 15% by weight. Renewable heating oil composition according to claim 1, in which the specified content of aromatic compounds of the specified oxygenate component is from about 40% wt. up to about 60% wt.4. Renewable heating oil composition according to claim 1, in which the specified oxygenated component is present in such an amount that the specified oxygen content of the specified renewable heating oil composition is from about 7% of the mass. up to about 15% wt., in which the specified content of aromatic compounds of the specified oxygen-unsaturated component is from about 40% wt. up to about 60% wt.5. A renewable heating oil composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said cellulosic bio |
