abstract | 1. A method for determining the content of pathogenic microorganisms in various objects, including conjugating microorganisms with a label based on transition metal nanoparticles or their compounds, magnetic separation, followed by concentration of the conjugates and determining the presence and concentration of pathogenic microorganisms by obtaining an electrochemical response from the signal-forming label, localized due to the formation immunocomplex on the surface of a graphite electrode, characterized in that as a signal-forming the tags use electroactive magnetic nanocomposite particles, which are obtained before the conjugation step by creating an electroactive polymer coating on the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles of the transition metals or their compounds, and the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms is determined by obtaining an electrochemical response recorded directly as a result of the electroconversion of the electroactive polymer coating. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the electroactive magnetic nanocomposite particles are obtained by coating nanoparticles of transition metals or their compounds with an electroactive polymer. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the electroactive magnetic nanocomposite particles are obtained by coating metals or their compounds with an electrochemically inert polymer, followed by modification with electrochemically active compounds. |
