The composition according to claim 1, in which the poloxamer has a molecular weight in the range from 7500 to 15000. The composition according to claim 1, in which the poloxamer has a molecular weight in the range from 7500 to 10000.4. The composition according to claim 1, in which the poloxamer is poloxamer 188 or poloxamer 237.5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the final concentration of poloxamer in the composition is from 0.001% to 5% mass / volume of the composition. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the final concentration of poloxamer in the composition is from 0.025% to 1% mass / volume of the composition. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the final concentration of poloxamer 188 in this composition is from 0.05% to 1.0% mass / volume of this composition, or the final concentration of poloxamer 237 in this composition is from 0.1% up to 1.0% mass / volume of this composition. 8. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the pH-buffered saline solution has a pH in the range from 5.2 to 8.0.9. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the buffer is selected from the group consisting of tris, phosphate, succinate, histidine, MES, MOPS, HEPES, acetate or citrate. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the buffer is histidine with a final concentration of 5 mM to 50 mM or succinate with a final concentration of 1 mM to 20 mM. A composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the saline solution is present in a concentration of from 20 nM to 170 nM.
