abstract 1. Injectable veterinary composition containing quinolone and cephalosporin or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients in an oily suspension, for the treatment of bacterial infections in animals. An injectable veterinary composition according to claim 1, wherein said quinolone is enrofloxacin. The injectable veterinary composition according to claim 2, wherein said enrofloxacin is present in an amount of 5 to 20% (w / w) relative to the total weight of the composition. The injectable veterinary composition according to claim 1, wherein said cephalosporin is ceftiofur hydrochloride. The injectable veterinary composition according to claim 4, wherein said ceftiofur hydrochloride is present in an amount of 2.5 to 10% (w / w) relative to the total weight of the composition. The injectable veterinary composition according to claim 1, wherein said excipients are selected from the group consisting of sorbitan fatty acid ester, propyl gallate, propylene glycol dicaprilocaprate, glyceryl caprilocaprate, macrogol- (15) -hydroxystearate, hydrogenated castor oil PES castor oil, castor oil, castor oil 35, castor oil polysorbate or mixtures thereof. 7. The injectable veterinary composition according to claim 6, wherein said excipients comprise sorbitan fatty acid ester. An injectable solution according to claim 7, wherein said sorbitan fatty acid ester is sorbitan oleate. An injectable veterinary combination according to claim 1, wherein said animal is a pig.
