abstract 1. A solid composition containing (A) and (B); (A) a granular substance that contains (i) a poorly soluble drug substance containing an acid group in the molecule, (ii) an alkaline agent, (iii) a surfactant , and the granular substance contains practically no baking powder, (B) a baking powder located only on the outer surface of the granular substance. 2. The solid composition according to claim 1, wherein the acid group is one or more groups selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a sulfino group, a phosphono group and a phenolic hydroxy group. The solid composition of claim 2, wherein the acid group is a carboxyl group. The solid composition according to claim 3, wherein the poorly soluble drug substance is an optically active compound represented by the formula (I): Chemical formula 1 wherein R1 represents a halogen atom or C1-C3 alkyloxy; R2 is C1-C8 alkyl; R3 is C1-C8 alkyl; R4 and R5 are each independently a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom; R6 is C1-C3 alkyl or C1-C3 alkyloxy; and the carbon atom with the sign "*" represents an asymmetric carbon atom, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. 5. The solid composition according to claim 4, wherein the poorly soluble drug substance is (S) - (E) -3- (2,6-dichloro-4- {4- [3- (1-hexyloxyethyl) -2-methyloxyphenyl] thiazole -2-ylcarbamoyl} phenyl) -2-methylacrylic acid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof. 6.
