abstract | 1. A device comprising a first substrate with a first electric line disposed thereon and a second substrate on which a permanent magnet and a second electric line are arranged and which is connected to the first substrate, the first substrate deviating from the second substrate when applying an electrical signal to the first electric line. The device according to claim 1, wherein the first substrate is made of at least one of the following materials: (i) nickel, (ii) copper, (iii) iron, (iv) titanium, (v) tantalum, (vi) tungsten or (vii) cobalt. 3. The device according to claim 1, further comprising an insulating layer between the first substrate and the first electric line. The device according to claim 3, in which the insulating layer contains at least one of the following materials: (i) silica glass, (ii) tetraethylorthosilicate glass, (iii) silicate glass with precipitated dimethylsilane, (iv) silicate glass with precipitated trimethylsilane, ( v) precipitated methylsilane silicate glass, (vi) silicate glass, (vii) silicon nitride, (viii) silicon carbonitride, (ix) silicon carbide or (x) SiCOH. 5. The device according to claim 1, wherein the second electrical line at least partially surrounds said permanent magnet. The device according to claim 1, wherein the second substrate is connected in a cantilever manner to the first substrate. The device according to claim 6, in which the first and second substrates essentially overlap each other, wherein said cantilever connection is located near the first edge of the first substrate and the second edge of the second substrate.
