The compound of general formula I, each of m and n, independently represents 0 or 1; R and R, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a heterocyclic ring containing one or two heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur, -S (O ) - and -S (O) -; R is -CHF, -CF, -OCHF, -OCF, -SCHF or -SCF; X is a bond, -CH- or -NH-; A is aryl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl , arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, heterocycloalkyl or heterocycloalkenyl, optionally substituted with one or more identical or different estitelyami selected from R; and R is hydrogen, amino, thioxo, alkyl, haloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, halogen, oxo, thia or hydroxy; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof. 2. The compound of claim 1, wherein X is —CH— or —NH — .3. A compound according to claim 1 or 2 of general formula IIa wherein m, n, R, R and R are as defined in claim 1.4. The compound according to claim 1, where both m and n are equal to 0.5. The compound according to claim 1, where both m and n are equal to 1.6. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R is —OCHF or —OCF. The compound of claim 6, wherein R1 is -OCHF. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R is —SCHF or —SCF. A compound according to claim 1, wherein R and R, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form a 4-, 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring.
