A method for transferring the amount of analytes such as microorganisms, antibodies / antigens, antibacterial agents, nucleotides, antibiotics, hormones, DNA sequences, enzymes, organic material, biological material or material of biological origin, enrichment additives or selective additives for cultivation media, including at least the steps of: preliminary creating a substantially homogeneous mixture of a predetermined initial amount of at least an analyte and a liquid, obtaining a concentration value or a known amount of an analyte in the mixture; introducing into the mixture at least a collecting part (3) of a sampling device (1), having a holder body (2), a collecting part (3), including the first part (2a) of the holder body (2), and a plurality of fibers (6) attached and located on the first part (2a) of the holder body (2) by flocking, defining a flocked collecting part (3), or a flock swab, so as to collect a part of the mixture on the collecting part (3); and removing the collecting part (3) of the device (1) for taking samples from the mixture, whereby a predetermined known amount of the mixture for transfer is held on the collecting part (3). The method according to claim 1, where the stage of preliminary creation of the mixture includes the steps of: preliminary creation of a predetermined initial amount of analyte; mixing a predetermined initial amount of analyte with a liquid in order to obtain a mixture of a predetermined initial amount of analyte in a liquid, and / or a step: obtaining a substantially homogeneous mixture. 3.
