titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLUORESCING DERIVATIVES OF CATHECHOLAMINS AND THEIR METABOLITES BY DERIVATIZATION METHOD |
abstract | 1. The method of obtaining fluorescent derivatives of catecholamines and their metabolites by the derivatization method, comprising oxidizing the starting compounds and treating them with amines forming condensed structures in the presence of a catalyst, characterized in that the starting compounds are oxidized with hydrogen peroxide, horseradish peroxidase is used as a catalyst, and the process is carried out in aqueous solution at room temperature. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the process is carried out at a concentration of horseradish peroxidase of 0.01-1 μM; the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 100-250 μm, the concentration of the derivatizing agent is 0.1 - 33 mm; the concentration of catecholamines and metabolites is 0.03-1 μM. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that benzylamine, diphenylethylenediamine or o-phenylenediamine are used as amines. |
