titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING CALCIUM POLYSULFIDE SOLUTIONS
abstract 1. A method of obtaining solutions of calcium polysulfide from hydroxide or calcium oxide, hydrogen sulfide and elemental sulfur, characterized in that the process is carried out in stages, in the first stage receive a solution or suspension of calcium hydrosulfide by saturating an aqueous, aqueous-alcoholic or alcohol suspension of hydroxide or calcium oxide hydrogen sulfide, in the second stage — an aqueous, aqueous-alcoholic or alcoholic suspension of calcium sulfide is obtained by mixing a solution or suspension of calcium hydrosulfide obtained in the first stage with aqueous, water-sp mouths or alcoholic suspension of calcium hydroxide or oxide and in a third step - the desired product - calcium polysulfide as an aqueous, hydroalcoholic or alcoholic solution obtained in the second step by mixing a suspension of calcium sulfide with elemental seroy.2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the process is carried out in a semicontinuous scheme, the first stage of the process being carried out in two sequentially located absorption columns for 0.1-24 hours at a temperature of 5-70 ° C with a molar ratio of hydroxide or calcium oxide to hydrogen sulfide in the first working column from 1: 1 to 1: 3, while in the second additional column the excess hydrogen sulfide that is not absorbed in the first column is collected, and in the next process cycle the sequence of the columns is reversed. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the second stage of the process is carried out in a reactor with a stirrer for 0.1-2.0 hours at a temperature of 5-40 ° C with a molar ratio of hydroxide or calcium oxide to calcium hydrosulfide from 1: 1 to 1.2: 1.4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the third stage of the wire process
