titleOfInvention | FILLER COMPOSITION FOR SKIN |
abstract | 1. A skin filler composition comprising: - a cross-linked dextran having a molecular weight of 30,000 to 100,000; - an aqueous solution of sodium chloride; and - a viscosity regulator, excluding polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). A skin filler composition comprising: a cross-linked dextran from which cytotoxicity has been removed by adding a cross-linked dextran having a molecular weight of 30,000 to 100,000 to distilled water for hydration, sterilizing at high temperature and high pressure for a given period of time, removing the distilled water not absorbed by the cross-linked dextran hydrate and adding an aqueous solution of sodium chloride to flush out toxins from the cross-linked dextran; - an aqueous solution of sodium chloride; and - viscosity regulator, with the exception of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA).3. Skin filler composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the sodium chloride aqueous solution is an isotonic solution with a pH of 6 to 8.4. A skin filler composition comprising: - from 0.3 to 0.4 g of a cross-linked dextran having a molecular weight of 30,000 to 100,000 per 10 ml of a skin filler composition; - an aqueous solution of sodium chloride, which is an isotonic solution with a pH value from 6 to 8; and - from 0.02 to 0.06 g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as a viscosity regulator. A method for producing a filler composition for the skin, comprising: - continuous washing of 0.3 to 0.4 g of a cross-linked dextran having a molecular weight of 30,000 to 100,000 with physiological saline (0.9% sodium chloride aqueous solution) to bring the solution outside dextran to isotonic |
