abstract 1. The insulin conjugate obtained by binding of insulin to the immunoglobulin Fc region through a non-peptidyl polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, copolymers of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, polyoxyethylated polyols, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharide diene dihydrodehyde, polyester lipid polymers, chitins, hyaluronic acid, and combinations thereof, in which the non-peptidyl polymer is bound to the N-terminus of the insulin beta chain. 2. The insulin conjugate according to claim 1, where the insulin is a natural insulin or its variant, derivative or fragment, which are obtained by any one of the methods of substitution, addition, deletion and modification or their combination in the amino acids of natural insulin. The insulin conjugate of claim 1, wherein each end of the non-peptidyl polymer is bonded to an amino group or a thiol group of an immunoglobulin and insulin Fc region. The insulin conjugate of claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region is aglycosylated. The insulin conjugate according to claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region is composed of one to four domains selected from the group consisting of CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4.6 domains. The insulin conjugate according to claim 5, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region further comprises a hinge region. The insulin conjugate of claim 1, wherein the immunoglobulin Fc region is an Fc region derived from IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE, or IgM. The insulin conjugate according to claim 7, where each domain of the immunoglobulin Fc region is a hybrid of a domain of different origin derived from an immunoglobulin selected from the group consisting of IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE and IgM.
