titleOfInvention METHOD FOR FORECASTING HUMAN GROWTH BASED ON DNA RESEARCH WITHIN THE RUSSIAN POPULATION
abstract A method for predicting human growth based on a DNA study in the Russian population, in which, using the PCR method, amelogenin (AML) gene regions are examined to verify sex and GSHR, LCORL, CABLES1, HHIP and JAZF1 loci are used and linear regression, characterized in that that human growth is calculated based on a study of the regions of the secretions of growth hormone receptor genes (rs572169 of the GSHR gene), a co-repressor-like ligand-dependent nuclear receptor (rs6830062 of the LCORL gene), which binds the cyclin-dependent kinase protein (rs4800148 of the CABLE gene S1) in male DNA samples and regions of hedgehog-interacting protein genes (rs1812175 of the HHIP gene) and zinc finger nuclear protein (rs849140 of the JAZF1 gene) in female DNA samples by identifying genotypes for all relevant genes, concluding the growth of men, substituting the values of genotypes in the formula: Y = 176.17 + 3.01 * X-1.95 * X-1.73 * X, where X = 0 (with the G / G genotype according to the GSHR gene), X = 1 (with the genotype G / A for the GSHR gene) and X = 2 (with genotype A / A for the GSHR gene); X = 0 (with the A / A genotype by the LCORL gene), X = 1 (with the A / G genotype by the LCORL gene), X = 2 (with the G / G genotype by the LCORL gene); X = 0 (with the genotype A / A by the CABLES1 gene), X = 1 (with the genotype G / A by the CABLES1 gene), X = 2 (with the genotype G / G by the CABLES1 gene); and concluding about the growth of women, substituting the values of genotypes in the formula: Y = 163.3-1.33 * X + 0.89 * X, where X = 0 (with the G / G genotype by the HHIP gene), X = 1 (with the A / G genotype by HHIP gene), X = 2 (with the A / A genotype by the HHIP gene) and X = 0 (with the G / G genotype by the JAZF1 gene), X = 1 (with the A / G genotype by the JAZF1 gene), X = 2 ( with genotype A / A for the JAZF1 gene.
