abstract | 1. A composition containing an auxiliary ingredient and a population of particles of microcapsules with low permeability, containing a soluble or oil dispersible core material and a wall material at least partially surrounding the core material, where the wall material of the microcapsules contains: a reaction product of the first composition in the presence of a second composition, containing an anionic emulsifier, where the first composition contains the reaction product of i) an amine soluble or dispersible in oil with ii) a multifunctional acrylate or methac an ylate monomer or oligomer, an oil-soluble acid and an initiator, the anionic emulsifier contains a water-soluble or water-dispersible acrylic acid-alkyl acid copolymer, an alkali or alkaline salt and, optionally, an initiator of the aqueous phase, the reaction product of the first composition and the second composition forming a population of microcapsules having a wall low permeability microcapsules for core material; said composition is a consumer product or, in one aspect, a cleaning composition, a tissue care composition and / or a personal care composition. The composition of claim 1, wherein the amine is a secondary or tertiary amine. The composition of claim 1, wherein the amine is an amine oligomer.
