abstract | A method for determining mycotoxins in animal and vegetable products, including sampling, extraction of mycotoxins with acetonitrile in the presence of salting out agents, purification of the extract with bulk sorbents (QuEChERS sample preparation method), centrifugation and chromatographic determination, characterized in that mycotoxins are extracted from 2 g of sample the purified extract is divided into three parts of 2 ml and is used as a dispersant in dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction with addition to the first the first part (for the determination of aflatoxins, zearalenone and ochratoxin A) 300 μl of chloroform containing 0.05% iodine; the second (for the determination of trichotocene mycotoxins, patulin, zearalenone, ochratoxin A) - 300 μl of chloroform containing 50 μl of trifluoroacetic anhydride, k the third (for determining patulin and zearalenone) - 300 μl of chloroform, then the resulting mixtures are each injected separately using a syringe into 5 ml of water in a 15 ml conical centrifuge tube with a conical bottom, incubated for 30 s on an ultrasonic bath, centrifuged t at 3000 rpm for 5 min, the lower layers of the extract are taken into microflacons, the solvent is blown off with nitrogen and the residue in the first and third microflacons is dissolved in 50 μl of acetonitrile, in the second - in 50 μl of hexane, aflatoxins are determined in the first microfilon (B1, B2 , G1, G2), zearalenone and ochratoxin A by HPLC with a fluorimetric detector, in the second - trichotocene mycotoxins (deoxynivalenol, nivalenol, NT-2, T-2, diacetoxoxycryphenol, 13-, 15-acetyldeoxoxynivalenol ochratinone zarautinone, zarautinone, zarautinone) gas-liquid chromatography with d |
