titleOfInvention A DEVICE WITH REDUCED EXTERNAL DIMENSIONS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF A METAL SUBSTRATE IN A DUSTY AND METAL ENVIRONMENT, AND ITS APPLICATION FOR IDENTIFICATING CONTAINERS THEREOF
abstract 1. A device for identifying a metal substrate in an environment with an extremely high metal content, which can also be saturated with dust, containing a passive radio frequency identification (RFID) label, while the label carrier (1) is made of an electrically insulating material configured to fastening to a metal substrate and with the possibility of positioning the label at a distance from this substrate, and containing a cover (10), made with the possibility of the complete placement of the label, and read RFID with an antenna (2) containing, as an inductor loop, two sections (20, 21) of a coaxial cable having essentially the same length, each of which includes a metal core (200, 210) and a metal a braid (201, 211) surrounding the core, the two sections being connected to each other at one end (200A, 210A) by attaching the core (200) of one section to the braid (211) of the other section, and vice versa (210, 201) , and at its other end (200V, 210V), by connecting together only braids, and the core sections become separated from each other at the indicated other end. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the label carrier is made of a part made of an electrically insulating material containing a retractable cover (100), in which the RFID label is movable by sliding. The device according to claim 2, wherein said part is made of an electrically insulating material based on high density polyethylene (HDPE). The device according to one of claims 1 to 3, in which the dimensions of the label carrier are adapted to position the label at a distance
