titleOfInvention | IMPLANT COMPOSITION FOR REGENERATION OF NERVOUS TISSUE, METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION AND ITS APPLICATION |
abstract | 1. A biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition for nerve tissue regeneration, containing the following components: a) a gel framework formed from a liquid containing isolated platelets and an activating agent containing calcium chloride, with or without thrombin, b) nerve growth factor selected from BDNF , NGF, retinoic acid and combinations thereof, and a culture of at least 50,000 progenitor stem cells. The biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to claim 1, wherein the activating agent can be provided in a separate form from the platelet-containing liquid to form an in situ gel framework. The biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to claim 1, wherein the platelet-containing liquid is selected from a platelet-rich plasma and a platelet-poor plasma. The biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to claim 3, wherein the platelet-containing liquid is platelet-poor plasma. The biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to claim 4, further comprising exogenously added platelet growth factors. The biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to claim 3, where a) is a gel framework formed from platelet-rich fluid and calcium chloride in an amount in the range of 25-50 μmol / L. 7. A biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition, where a) additionally includes thrombin in an amount in the range of 0.01-5 IU / ml. 8. A biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition according to any one of claims 6 or 7, wherein b) is a combination of BDNF, NGF and retinoic acid. Biocompatible, biodegradable implant composition |
