titleOfInvention RUBBER MIXTURE FOR TIRES AND PNEUMATIC TIRE
abstract 1. A rubber composition for a tire, comprising: silicon dioxide; a silane coupling agent and at least one component selected from the group consisting of hydroxy acid, itaconic acid and their salts. 2. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, including soot. 3. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acid is an aliphatic hydroxy acid. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acid is at least one acid selected from the group consisting of lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and citric acid. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acid is malic acid. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the salt is sodium malate. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acid, itaconic acid and their salts have an average particle size of not more than 300 microns. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the amount of unreacted silane coupling agent is not more than 15% by weight. The rubber composition for a tire according to claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of a sulfide type silane coupling agent, wherein the silane coupling agent is represented by formula (1): in which R represents a group, represented by -O- (RO) -R, where R in m fragments are the same or different and each represents a branched or unbranched divalent C1-C30 hydrocarbon group, R represents a branched or unbranched C1-C30 alkyl group, branched a straight or unbranched C2-C30 alkenyl group, a C6-C30 aryl group or a C7-C30 aralkyl group and m represents
