titleOfInvention NEW HEPARIN PARTICLES AND WAYS OF THEIR APPLICATION
abstract 1. A medical substrate, comprising: heparin particles (entities) bound to the substrate through at least one heparin molecule, the bound heparin particles being sensitive to heparinase. 2. The medical substrate according to claim 1, wherein the heparin particles comprise at least one heparin molecule and at least one core molecule. Heparin particles, comprising: at least one heparin molecule and at least one scaffold molecule such that when heparin particles are bound to the substrate through at least one heparin molecule, these heparin particles will be sensitive to heparinase. 4. The medical substrate or heparin particles according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the skeleton molecule is cyclic, linear, branched, tree-like, T-shaped, Y-shaped or star-shaped. The medical substrate or heparin particles according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the scaffold molecule is selected from the group consisting of proteins, polypeptides, hydrocarbons, polysaccharides, aminoglycosides and polymers, optionally: the protein is selected from the group consisting of albumin, colistin and polylysine, or the polysaccharide is selected from the group consisting of cyclodextrin, cellulose and chitosan, or the polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and tetrafluoroethylene copolymers. 6. The medical substrate or heparin particles according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the heparin comes from a bovine or porcine source. The medical substrate or heparin particles according to claim 1 or 3, wherein after treatment with heparinase, heparin or its fragments are not detected on the substrate, and optionally heparin or its fragments are detected
