abstract 1. A method for producing mature megakaryocyte cells, comprising: forcibly expressing an oncogen and any of the following genes (a) to (c) in hematopoietic progenitor cells, CD34-positive cells, or megakaryocytic progenitor cells without multipoliploidization, and culturing and growing cells: (a) a gene that suppresses the expression of the p16 gene or the p19 gene; (b) a gene that suppresses the expression of the Ink4a / Arf gene; and (c) a polycomb gene; differentiation of the grown cells into mature megakaryocytic cells. 2. The method of producing mature megakaryocyte cells according to claim 1, characterized in that said step of differentiation includes: culturing the grown cells by suppressing the expression of said oncogen and any of genes (a) to (c); or cultivation of grown cells after removal of the oncogen and any of genes (a) - (c) from the cells. 3. A method for producing mature megakaryocytic cells according to claim 1, further comprising cryopreservation of the grown cells after the growing step, in which the differentiation step is carried out after thawing of the cells. The method for producing mature megakaryocytic cells according to claim 1, wherein said oncogen is selected from the MYC.5 gene family. The method of obtaining mature megakaryocytic cells according to any one of claims 1 to 4, in which the specified polycomb gene is In MP.6. A method for producing a platelet product, comprising: obtaining mature megakaryocyte cells by the method according to claim 1; extracting from the culture of megakaryocytic cells a fraction of the culture solution that is rich in platelets released from megakaryocytic cells; removal of other blood cell components other than platelets from the indicated fraction
