abstract | 1. A method of manufacturing foam products by introducing a pore-forming composition into a polymer matrix and by pore-forming in it as a result of the release of at least carbon dioxide from this pore-forming composition, which contains the following components: a) at least one carbon dioxide carrier selected from carbonates, bicarbonates and carbamates of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, aluminium, transition metals and/or ammonium, b) at least one acid carrier, characterized in that a pore-forming composition containing at least two different acid carriers is used, among which at least one the first acid carrier (HC1) has a reaction rate (CR) of less than 28% carbon dioxide, preferably less than 20% carbon dioxide, and at least one second acid carrier (HC2) has a reaction rate (CR) of more than 28% carbon dioxide, preferably more 36% carbon dioxide, and/or among which at least one first acid carrier (HK1) and at least one second acid carrier (HK2) differ from each other in their rate of reaction (CR) to at least 10% carbon dioxide, preferably to at least 20% carbon dioxide, where the CR value is determined by as a percentage of the amount of carbon dioxide actually formed (in mol) to the amount of carbon dioxide theoretically formed during complete conversion when interacting with each other, a carbon dioxide carrier and an acid carrier in a stoichiometric ratio between them at a temperature of 21 ° C for 8 min.2 . The method according to claim 1, which differs from those |
