1. A polypeptide construct capable of binding TNF-alpha, containing at least two single-domain antibodies directed against TNF-alpha, and at least one single-domain antibody directed against serum protein, in which at least two single-domain anti-TNF antibodies do not have the same sequence, or all single-domain anti-TNF antibodies have the same sequence. The polypeptide construct of claim 1, wherein the at least one single domain antibody is a VHH Camelidae antibody. The polypeptide construct of claim 1, wherein the at least one single-domain antibody is a humanized VHH Camelidae antibody. The polypeptide construct of claim 2, wherein the at least one single domain antibody is a humanized VHH Camelidae antibody. The polypeptide construct according to claim 1, wherein said whey protein is any protein from serum albumin, serum immunoglobulins, thyroxin binding protein, transferrin or fibrinogen, or a fragment of any of them. The polypeptide construct according to claim 2, wherein said whey protein is any protein from serum albumin, serum immunoglobulins, thyroxin binding protein, transferrin or fibrinogen, or a fragment of any of them. The polypeptide construct according to claim 3, wherein said whey protein is any protein from serum albumin, serum immunoglobulins, thyroxin binding protein, transferrin or fibrinogen, or a fragment of any of them. The polypeptide design according to claim 4, in which |
