titleOfInvention | ORGANIC SULPHIDE COMPOSITION WITH MASKED ODOR |
abstract | 1. A composition comprising: a) at least one organic sulfide, optionally in the form of an oxide of the general formula (1): in which R is selected from linear or branched alkyl containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and linear or branched alkenyl containing from 2 to 4 carbon atoms; n is 0, 1 or 2; x is an integer selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, preferably x is 1, 2, 3 or 4; R 'is selected from linear or branched alkyl containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and linear or branched alkenylene containing from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, or only if n = x = 0, a hydrogen atom; and b) at least one odor masking agent comprising at least one monoester, at least one di- and / or tri-ester, at least one alcohol, at least one ketone, and possibly at least one terpene. 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein component a) is selected from dimethyl disulfide and dimethyl sulfoxide. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, in which the agent, masking odor, contains: b1) from 1% to 40% of the mass. at least one complex monoester; b2) from 10% to 70% of the mass. at least one di- and / or triester; b3) from 1% to 30% of at least one alcohol; b4) from 0.5% to 20% of at least one ketone of the formula R-CO-R, in which R denotes a hydrocarbon chain containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, linear or branched, possibly containing one or more unsaturated bonds in the form of one or more double bonds, and R denotes a cyclic hydrocarbon chain or a linear or branched hydrocarbon chain, possibly but preferably substituted by a cyclic structure , while R contains from 6 up to 12 carbon atoms |
