titleOfInvention APTAMER TO CHEMISTRY AND ITS APPLICATION
abstract 1. Aptamer that binds to chymase and inhibits chymase activity. 2. The aptamer according to claim 1, containing the nucleotide sequence represented as XGAUAGANNUAAX (SEQ ID NO: 21; each of X and X, identical or non-identical, denotes A or G, and each of N and N, identical or non-identical, denotes A, G, C , U or T) .3. The aptamer according to claim 2, where NN denotes GA, GU, GC, UU, GT or CU. The aptamer of claim 2, wherein Xi and Hoba are A or both are G.5. The aptamer according to claim 3 or 4, wherein at least one pyrimidine nucleotide has been modified or altered. The aptamer according to claim 1, containing any of the nucleotide sequences (a), (b) and (c) below: (a) an aptamer containing a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 4-34, 38-57, 59 -65 and 69-72 (provided that uracil may be thymine); (b) an aptamer containing a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 4-34, 38-57, 59-65 and 69-72 (with provided that uracil may be thymine) in which 1 to 5 nucleotides are replaced, deleted, inserted or added; and (c) a nucleotide sequence identical to 70% or more of the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 4-34, 38-57, 59-65, and 69-72 (provided that uracil may be thymine) .7 . The aptamer of claim 6, wherein at least one of the nucleotides contained in the aptamer has been modified or altered. The aptamer according to claim 1, containing any of the nucleotide sequences (a '), (b') and (c ') below: (a') a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 56 (1) -56 (7 ), 56 (9), 56 (11), 56 (12), 56 (15) -56 (52), 61 (1), 69 (1), 69 (2) and 72 (1) -72 (8 ) (provided that uracil can be thymine); (b ') a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 56 (1) -56 (7), 56 (9), 56 (11), 56 (12) , 56 (15) -56 (52), 61 (1), 69 (1), 69
