1. A smearing consistency preparation that promotes wound healing and improves the characteristics of post-epithelial tissue in the wound site, containing: a) a volatile component; b) precursors of a siloxane matrix; where these precursors are able to form a siloxane matrix at temperatures in the range from about 95 to 100 ° Fahrenheit (35-37.8 ° C) during the evaporation of the volatile component; c) an active component having low miscibility with the specified siloxane matrix precursors and low solubility in them; d) a volatile coagent; wherein said volatile coagent is capable of forming a complex with said active component to form a solubilized active component; where the complex is miscible with said siloxane matrix precursors; and where all of the indicated volatile coagent or part thereof is vaporized from the preparation to form a siloxane matrix. 2. The spreading preparation according to claim 1, wherein the volatile coagent is a linear acid ester with a carbon chain length in the range of from about 6 to 13 carbon atoms and methanol, ethanol or a secondary alcohol with a total carbon atom content in the range of from about 3 to about 8 carbon atoms. 3. The smear preparation according to claim 1, wherein the volatile coagent is a glycol consisting of a linear chain of three or more carbon atoms and one or more hydroxyl groups; and where all hydroxyl groups are located on adjacent carbon atoms, including the terminal carbon atom. 4. The smear preparation according to claim 1, where the volatile coagent is substituted or unsubstituted and |
