1. The compound of formula (I) where Y and Z are independently selected from group a) or b) such that one of Y or Z is selected from group a) and the other is from group b); group a) is unsubstituted Caryl, group b) is i) Caryl; ii) heteroaryl selected from the group consisting of thiazolyl, pyridinyl, indolyl, benzoxazolyl, benzothiazolyl, benzothienyl, imidazo [1,2-a] pyridin-2-yl, quinolinyl, thienyl and benzimidazolyl; or iii) 1H-pyridin-2-one-3-yl substituted with phenylmethyl; wherein phenyl phenylmethyl is optionally substituted with chloro or fluoro substituents; wherein Caryl and heteroaryl of group b) are optionally independently substituted with one to two substituents selected from the group consisting of bromo, chloro, fluoro, iodo, C1-6alkyl, alkoxy and trifluoromethyl; and are substituted with one additional substituent selected from the group consisting of i) Caryl (C) alkyl; ii) Caryl (C) alkoxy; iii) Caryl (C) alkylthio; iv) phenyl (C) alkynyl; v) heteroaryl (C) alkoxy wherein heteroaryl is selected from the group consisting of pyridinyl, quinolinyl, pyrimidinyl, thiazolyl, benzothienyl and thienyl, said heteroaryl being optionally substituted with C1-6alkyl, bromine or chlorine; vi) heteroaryl (C) alkylthio, where heteroaryl is selected from the group consisting of pyridinyl thiazolyl, benzothienyl and thienyl, wherein said heteroaryl is optionally substituted with C1-6alkyl om or chlorine; vii) heteroaryl- (Q) -alkyl in which Q is O or S, wherein heteroaryl is selected from the group consisting of pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, thiazolyl, benzothienyl and thienyl, said heteroaryl optionally substituted with C1-6alkyl or chlorine; and viiii) phenyl- (Q) -C alkyl, in which Q is O, S, SO, or NH, and phenyl is optionally independently substituted with |
