titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR EXPRESS DIAGNOSTICS OF ATEROGENEOUS DYSLIPIDEMIA IN CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGIES |
abstract | 1. The method of rapid diagnosis of atherogenic dyslipidemia in cardiovascular pathologies, which consists in determining the indicators of atherogenicity and lipid profile of the blood, comparing them with similar indicators of healthy individuals and making conclusions about the degree of lipid metabolism disturbance and predisposition to cardiovascular diseases, characterized in that the determination of blood atherogenic indices is carried out by precipitation of cholesterol-containing circulating immune complexes with polyethylene glycol 6000, followed by by measuring the level of cholesterol in the precipitate in a microprobe with a total volume of 80 μl by an enzymatic method based on the splitting of cholesterol esters into free cholesterol and fatty acids with cholesterol esterase, the decomposition of free cholesterol into delta-4-cholestenone and hydrogen peroxide with cholesterol oxidoxidase 4 phenol in the presence of horseradish peroxidase with the formation of a colored product - quinoimine, the concentration of which in the reaction mixture is measured by spectrophotometer and at a wavelength of 540 nm.2. The method for the rapid diagnosis of atherogenic dyslipidemia in cardiovascular pathologies according to claim 1, characterized in that the determination of the lipid profile of the blood is carried out by measuring the concentration of cholesterol in a blood serum sample of 2 μl by an enzymatic method based on the breakdown of cholesterol esters into free cholesterol and fatty acids cholesterol esterase, the decomposition of free cholesterol into delta-4-cholestenone and hydrogen peroxide with cholesterol oxidase, the binding of released |
