The composition of claim 1, wherein the bioadhesive agent comprises a bioadhesive polymer selected from the group consisting of copolymers of polyethylene glycol / polypropylene glycol, copolymers of polyvinyl methyl ether, maleic acid anhydride, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, copolymethacrylate, methylene polyacrylate, methylene chloride, copolymethylene copolymer copolymethylene, copolymers of vinylpyrrolidone / vinyl acetate, polyvinylcaprolactam, polylactides, organosilicon polymers, organosilicon adhesives, hit bonded, milk proteins (casein), amelogenin, ester resins and kombinatsiy.3. The composition of claim 1, further comprising one or more sealing means. The composition of claim 3, wherein the sealing agent comprises arginine / calcium carbonate, arginine bicarbonate / calcium carbonate, and small silica particles or combinations. The composition of claim 2, wherein the bioadhesive agent contains amino acids, including arginine. The composition according to claim 1, where one or more bioadhesive polymers are contained in an amount of from 0.1 wt.% To 70 wt.% By weight of the composition.
