titleOfInvention PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING ALEGLITAZAR
abstract 1. A pharmaceutical composition containing aleglitazar or its salt in an amount of from 0.01 to 0.9 mg, which can be obtained by (a) spraying a solution containing aleglitazar or its salt into a diluent and a disintegrant; (b) mixing the composition obtained in step (a), with a sizing agent and (c) optionally compressing the composition obtained in step (b). 2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the solution used in step (a) is an aqueous solution. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the solution used in step (a) is a solution buffered with phosphate buffer. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the diluent is selected from sugar, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, starch, and mixtures thereof. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the solution used in step (a) comprises a binder selected from povidone, HPMC and pre-gelled starch. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the binder is povidone. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, wherein the solution used in step (a) comprises a surfactant selected from Tween 80, a copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene and sodium lauryl sulfate. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 7, wherein the surfactant is sodium lauryl sulfate. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the disintegrant is selected from crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium starch glycolate. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 9, in which the baking powder is
