titleOfInvention PLANE NANO-COMPOUNDS AND WAYS OF THEIR APPLICATION
abstract 1. A biocompatible conjugated polymer nanoparticle, comprising: a copolymer backbone, a plurality of side chains covalently linked to said backbone; a plurality of platinum compounds dissociatively linked to said side chains. 2. A nanoparticle according to claim 1, characterized in that the plurality of platinum compounds is selected from Pt (II) compounds, Pt (IV) compounds and any combination thereof. A nanoparticle according to claim 1, characterized in that said copolymer contains maleic acid monomers. A nanoparticle according to claim 1, characterized in that said side chains are selected from the group consisting of polymers, monosaccharides, dicarboxylic acids, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and combinations thereof. A nanoparticle according to claim 1, characterized in that said platinum compound is a Pt (II) compound selected from the group consisting of cisplatin, oxaliplatin, carboplatin, paraplatin, sartraplatin, and combinations thereof. The biocompatible conjugated polymer nanoparticle according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer is poly (isobutylene-alt-maleic acid) containing from 25 to 50 monomer units; a plurality of PEG side chains covalently bonded to the main chain having a molecular weight of from 1000 to 3000 Daltons, and the number of said PEG side chains is from 50% to 100% of the number of monomer units of said polymer main chain; and the number of side groups of cisplatin is from 25% to 75% of the number of monomer units of the polymer backbone. 7. The biocompatible conjugated polymer nanoparticle according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer is a poly (isobutylene-alt-maleic acid) containing
