abstract 1. Compositions containing: Lipophilic extract obtained by extraction with carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions; extract 2. Compositions according to claim 1, containing two components in the following weight ranges: a) lipophilic extract from 1 to 25 mg; and b) extract from 50 to 200 mg. The composition according to claim 2, containing two components in the following weight amounts: a) lipophilic extract 12.5 mg; and b) extract 100 mg. Compositions according to claim 1, characterized in that the extract is obtained by extraction of the aerial parts of the plant with alcohol or a water-alcohol solvent and fractionation on a resin. Compositions according to claim 1, characterized in that the extract contained in them contains at least 20% caffeoylquinic acids, at least 5% flavonoids and at least 5% cynaropicrin. Compositions according to any one of the above items for oral administration. 7. The compositions of claim 6, presented in the form of soft gelatin capsules or cellulose capsules suitable for incorporating oily substances therein. Application: a) lipophilic extract obtained by extraction with carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions; and b) an extract for preparing a composition for the prophylaxis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and inflammatory bowel syndrome. 9. Application: a) lipophilic extract obtained by extraction with carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions; and b) an extract upon receipt of a composition for the prevention and treatment of drowsiness after a meal. 10. Application: a) lipophilic extract obtained by extraction with carbon dioxide under supercritical conditions; and b) an extract to obtain a composition having prokinetic and antidyspeptic activity.
