The medicament according to claim 1, wherein the cyclolanostane derivative is selected from 9.19-cyclolanostan-3-ol and 24-methylene-9.19-cyclolanostan-3-ol. The medicament according to claim 1, wherein the lophenol derivative is selected from 4-methylcholest-7-en-3-ol, 4-methylergost-7-en-3-ol, and 4-methylstigmast-7-en-3-ol. A method for manufacturing a medicament according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising mixing a compound selected from a cyclolanostane derivative and a lophenol derivative as an active ingredient. A food product or drink for inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxide containing a compound selected from a cyclolanostane derivative and a lophenol derivative as an active ingredient. 8. The food product or drink according to claim 7, containing a cyclolanostane derivative and a lophenol derivative in the following weight ratio: cyclolanostane derivative: lophenol derivative = 6.3: 2.7-5.1: 4.9.9.
