The instant coffee product according to claim 1, wherein the component of the dry coffee extract is from about 70% to about 99.9% of the soluble coffee product, and the ground coffee component is from about 0.1% to about 30% soluble coffee product. ! 5. The instant coffee product according to claim 1, wherein the powdered coffee component has an average particle size of about 350 microns or less. ! 6. The instant coffee product of claim 1, wherein the powdered coffee component has a median particle diameter of about 350 microns or less. ! 7. The instant coffee product according to claim 1, further comprising an additive selected from the group consisting of coffee oils, non-coffee oils, non-coffee aromas and coffee aromas. ! 8.
