titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYPRENYL PHOSPHATES |
abstract | 1. A method for obtaining polyprenyl phosphates having a general structural formula: ! , ! where each isoprene unit contains 5 carbon atoms, W is an ω-terminal isoprene unit, T is a transisoprene unit, C is a cisisoprene unit, S is a 2,3-dihydroisoprene unit, a=0-10, b=0-39, c= 0-1, a+b+c=4-40, X is a group of formula OPO3MM', wherein M and M' are the same or different and are a hydrogen cation or a monovalent inorganic or organic cation, or M and M' together are divalent inorganic or organic cation, ! consisting in the fact that: ! - carry out the reaction of phosphorylation of the corresponding polyprenol or a mixture of oligomergomologues of the specified formula, where X denotes a hydroxy group substituted by an ammonium salt of phosphoric acid in the presence of a condensing agent in the medium of the first aprotic organic solvent; and ! - polyprenyl phosphate is isolated by extraction and precipitation in the form of its mono- or disubstituted salts with monovalent cations or salts with divalent cations. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, in which the polyprenol molecules contain at least 6 isoprene units, or at least 30 carbon atoms. ! 3. The method according to claim 2, in which the polyprenol molecules contain from 6 to 20 isoprene units, or from 30 to 100 carbon atoms. ! 4. The method according to claim 1, wherein either dihydrogen phosphates selected from the group consisting of diisopropylethylammonium dihydrophosphate, tetramethylammonium dihydrophosphate, tetraethylammonium dihydrophosphate, tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate and cetyltrimethylammonium dihydrophosphate, or cetyltrimethylammonium dihydrophosphate, or hydrogen phosphate are used as the substituted ammonium salt of phosphoric acid. |
