titleOfInvention CALCIUM PHOSPHATE BIOMATERIALS
abstract 1. A biomaterial containing a calcium phosphate substrate impregnated with a solution of at least one coagulant, which is a calcium derivative, the substrate being selected from hydroxyapatite and HRV, and the coagulant is in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration in the range from 1 to 50 mmol/l , and the ratio between the coagulant solution and ON or HRV is from 0.5 to 5 vol./about. coagulant solution in relation to the volume of HA or HRV. ! 2. The biomaterial according to claim 1, wherein the calcium coagulant is present in a ratio of 2.5 to 60 µmol calcium per gram HA or HRV and preferably 5 to 40 µmol calcium per gram HA or HRV. ! 3. Biomaterial according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the coagulant is CaCl2. ! 4. Biomaterial according to claim 1 or 2, in which the substrate is a monolithic body. ! 5. Biomaterial according to claim 1 or 2, in which the support is in the form of granules, with a particle size distribution preferably in the range from 40 to 500 microns, more preferably from 40 to 400 microns, even more preferably from 40 to 300 microns and preferably from 80 up to 200 microns. ! 6. Biomaterial according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising at least one additive selected from polymers, ceramic particles, pharmaceutical compounds, natural or synthetic growth factors, biomarkers, contrast agents, tissue or cell preparations. ! 7. Biomaterial according to claim 1 or 2 for use as an implant in a method for filling a bone defect. ! 8. Combination of a biomaterial according to any one of claims 1 to 7 with osteosynthesis. ! 9. A kit for implementing a method for obtaining a biomaterial according to any one of claims 1-7, and this kit includes
